The aims of tests and assessments is firstly is to know students level of understanding in the subject that they learn.It can make teacher to know the level of student the way thy understand or not.Teacher can give more focus and attention to the weak learning students and help them to improve their understanding level to achieve a good result by changing teacher's methods to make more effevtive and to make students understand very easily and clearly.Secondaly is to make teacher identify the students weakness in the subject that they take it.From give them exam, teacher can identify student level with see their result and give more attention to weak students to improve their academic achievement.Other than tat teacher can improve their teaching methods to new style to make students have fun frm it.Thirdly is help school to compare their school result to other school.So frm this, principle cn take other steps to improve lower students achievement by give motivate to teachers to ask them use more effective methods to increase students achievement.Lastly is to make a student improve in communication skills by giving presentation,students can show their tallents and they way they communicate to other students in classroom.A better and effectiveness communication can bring effective ideas and opinions and also responds frm other students.
