Testing and evaluation are the integrated compenents of teaching and learning.It is one of the method is using by teachers to teach the students.It also give effective for students to learn and understand very well.The functional view of testing and evaluation are to make students to tests their knowledge and make them to understand very well about the subject they learn and also to develop the students strenghts and present an execellent level of academic achievement.This method is also not only make student to improve their understanding level but also to make them a good educator and leader in country.
The structural view mean is about a school system which is provide by ministry of education in our country.Our school system id really different frm other country.As we know,we have primary school.secondary school,and higher education that is university level.In primary school we have standard 1 until standard 6.This primary level education is compulsory for all student in our country.In standard 6 student have to take UPSR exam.In secondary school,we have form 1 until form 6.In the end of form 3,students should take PMR exam which make students to choose their streamed in form 4 and 5.They are 2 streamed.That is arts streamed and science streamed.In form 5 students should take SPM exam.This exam is really important and it compulsory for all students in our country.It also make students either they continue study in form 6 or college.Form 6 is pre-university level which student should take STPM exam in upper 6.This is make students either they can continue their study in higher education that is in university either goverment or private.

A few ways that students can be tested and assessed are firstly is with give them a group assaignment.Group assaingment is one of the effective way which can make students to communicate each and other in group about their points and opinions.Frm this student can improve theirself and they can able to communicate very well.It is one of the way which can test the students talents and skills the way they present in classroom.Teacher must make sure students understand very well.So in this situation teacher can ask student to do the report or summary about the presentation that they have to present that day.Secondly is task or research about yhe topic to discuss on that day.This is most effective way which can make students more understand about the lesson that day.This is our respectful madam style that she use in our philosophy class.Its really work and its really fantastic way which can make students to become more independence,hardworking,confidence and also they can think critically to find the information with discuss in group members.This way really make student think critically and rationally about their research.My third point is by examination that our ministry of education provide for us.Students also tested by this kind of examinations.We shoulsd take exam in primary school.secondary school and higher education that is university level.Our goverment ministry of education provide for students UPSR,PMR,SPM and STPM.Actually this exams are to tested students knowledge and they way the answering the questions.As we know in primary school got UPSR for standard 6 students.In secondary school got PMR for form 3 students,SPM for form 5 students.SPM is really important for all students especially for apply for the job.In form 6 they got 2 level.Tht is lower 6 and upper 6.Students should take STPM exam in upper 6 and also MUET.MUET is one of the exam which tested our knowledge,skills and thy wy we talk or communicate with other in english.It also important test that we should take and need in university.In higher education we have goverment university and public university.They tested us by giving quizes,forum.assaignment,presentation and exam such as mid term. and final examination.Here also got foundation.diploma.degree,master and phd.Other than tat,student can tested by duing essay writting.Frm this they can correct their mistake in essay writting in grammer and spelling.So they cn learn their mistakes and do very well in exam.
